Fujimamas was a dream born of Chef-Owner Mark Vann and Lisa Smith in 1998. Since then, Fujimamas has become a Tokyo tradition, operating in the trendy Omotesando District. Just over one year ago we opened our new spot in Kona, Hawaii. A pioneer of Global-Asian Cuisine, fun service and a passion for living, Fujimamas is something to everyone — welcome to our house!
We're open in Tokyo everyday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (last order 10 p.m.).And at our Kona restaurant we are closed for Sunday Lunch. Open Mon-Sat. Lunch 11:30 am to 2:30 pm Dinner from 5::00 pm to 10:00 pm
